After some very inspiring tangofestival trips to exciting places like Istanbul, Beirut and Amsterdam but to new a few, im back in Barca.

Also lots of fluxus on the homefront : i moved apartments.

Tango aficionados the world over are of course getting ready to embark on the magical

Sitgestangofestival

13 -17 th July. Officially 5 days but in the last few years it seems to have spilled out into more like a week of sun, sand and tango.

I myself will skip on Sitges this year , hmmm yess, for im about to leave for island hopping in

my native Greece.

Tango festival in Lesbos is on the cards and i will be teaching ............... yoga aswell !

Look out for some summerpostings here and the anouncement of the new classes

starting September etc..

Back in Barca.

We're in sept. now and autumn showers are marking a hasty end of summer.

But tangowise lots of excitement to look forward to:

Next week we can expect the first (!) visit to Brc by internationally acclaimed

milonquero couple par excellence from Germany

Detlef Engel and Melina Sedof.

They will be here from 28 sept till 3 oct. organizing classes

in Hotel Orient, Ramblas 34.

A chance to see them perform their particular brand of milonquero magic

will be on thursday 30 sept at milonga Casa Valencia.

In the meantime you can always check out various videoclips of this wonderful couple on Youtube.

At the same time, Barca is hosting TangoNeta: a 3 day tango festival

- 30 sept till 3 oct-

located at Centre Civic in Barceloneta,

the beach area.
